Father took loan now we want to transfer property to us what to do

Dear Sir/Ma'am, my father took loan on the property and we are unable to pay that amount as of now. Now me and my brother wants to secure our property and want to transfer the property to our name. My father is ready too but I can't be done without repaying the loan. What can be done to ensure my father don't take another loan/mortgage the property to someone without me and my brother's consent?
Your father have to obtain "No Objection Certificate" of the concerned bank and either you have get transfer that loan in your name or have to pay to the bank.
Get that loan transferred in your name or only is the option get registered "Will Deed" in your name from your father.
