Father status has protected tenant isancestral right or self acquired

Hindu My father was a protected tenant in a land after his death , I had inherited this land and obtain 32M certificate after paying declared amount of 1200 rs.to the landlord .now is this land is my selfaquired or ancestral land to me .can I will this land to stranger.l had pay this amount from my own fund. My son and daughter has any right on it

It will be an inherited tenancy and so your son and daughter will have right on it. You cannot will it against the will of your sons and daughters. It cannot be self acquired land since your father was a protected Tenant. Kindly contact me in case of furtherr clarifications.
