Father sold his property to his minor grand son what can we do
20-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
sir ; we are four hindu sister(all are married) to our father having no brother. last yr my father(now expired) sold his property (self acquired) to my younger sister underaged son without informed to other 3 sister. pl advised to get equal share to the property.
Dear Madam, If its his self acquired property, then he has a right to handle it the way he likes and as stated by you, that he has expired.
If you can prove fraud played by your younger sister, then there can be a way out.
Its not possible to advise in a civil case on few lines about the fact. Need to go through the entire facts and papers.
Regards

Since it is self acquired property, he can do so. You can not raise any objection to it. If he has any other proeprty ask him not to deprive you with regard to those proprieties. Best of luck.
So there is no other legal way out.
