Father & sister sell flat of the mother without son's consent

If the mother in a family, passes away and her flat, in south New delhi, is sold by two of the successors (father and sister) without consent of third succesor (the son), what can the son do to get his share?

the property can not be sold without the sons consent if there is no will present. You can file a case against the seller as well the buyer and claim your share further the property will not be considered as legally sold and you can still get your property back or money back but you need to take immidiate action without any delay

If the share of all three is undivided in case mother died without any will i.e. Intestate. The sale is invalid and third person can challange it in court by filing case of partition and declaration. though other two van sell their respective share whenever and to whom so every thy want. pl meet some good experienced advocate in this regard. You can get stay on sale also.
