Father refusing me share in property inherited from my grandparents

17-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
We are three siblings. I'm the youngest and I have an elder brother and sister. Our father is a coparcener in the property that he and his siblings (our uncles and aunts) inherited from my grandparents. Our uncles and aunts have distributed their individual shares among their children. But my father says that he wishes to distribute his share only among my elder brother and sister. My father and I have not been on good terms for a while and hence he does not wish to give me anything. I want to know if he is legally right to go ahead with his decision. Also, are there any specific provisions in the law for different religions, since we're christians? And going forward, what should be my lawfully correct course of action?

Just like Hindu Succession Act same procedure is adopted by Indian Succession Act which is applicable to Christians, You can apply to court of law for partition of the ancestral property possessed by your father.
