Father Neglect His Female Child From His Property’s

24-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi Sir/mam, I Am Arghadip Deb. My Hometown Is Maynaguri. Problem——-> My Maternal Grandfather Died On 9th February,2020. Before He Died, He Gave His All Property’s To My Maternal Uncle On 16 Dec,2014. But The Issue Is That My Mother Doesn’t Know All About This. Without Her Concern My Maternal Grandfather Gave All Of His Left Over To His Son Who Is My Maternal Uncle, Using A Donable Paper(Danpatra), In The Needs Of Proof My Maternal Grandmother And A Colleague Of Maternal Uncle Singed On That Paper. Even All The Savings, All The Money He Saved All Things We Doesn’t Know About That. All This Happed Before 6 Years Ago. The Question——> Dear Sir, Does My Mother Have No Right To Clam The Equality On Her Own Father’s Property, If This Happen Then Any One Can Regret His/Her Female Child. Is This Correct. This Shouldn’t Be Tolerated. Please If You Gave Me Any Advice

In view of the Law of the land, the daughters have equal and unrevocable rights over the property of their parent. You need to claim your rights by filing a suit for declaration and partition of all the property.
