Father made unequal distribution of property how to check it

18-May-2023 (In Property Law)
Hello Sir, I live in United States but my hometown is in India. I suspect that my father and mother transferred all their property to my brother a few days back without telling me. I have a few questions regarding that 1) Is there a way for me to check who is the owner of which property from government offices in my hometown ? 2) if he indeed transferred it to my brother can that transfer be stayed or reverted in any way ? 3) Some property was in my mom's name and some was on my dad's name. All was self acquired and none was inherited. Can my 3 sisters also claim a portion in that property even if my parents are unwilling to give them any ?

hi, if the property is their self acquired property and if they have transfered it through a legal document like sale deed, will etc. then its an prefect transfer. you can not claim anything in their self acquired property but if the property would have been acquired ancestrally , then you would be entitle to recover your share.
