Father is not in clear mind, his property is managed wrongly by mother

My father had a sudden brain stroke in 2023. He underwent surgery but has not fully recovered physically or mentally. His mental capacity is not as before. He forgets important things. He doesn't manage his property. My mom took this situation and started collecting rent on from the house, but is not paying the home loan emi. She is not giving accounts saying all the money is spent on other things. Bank said that if 3rd emi is missed they will initiate NPA process. We may lose the property.
you have not mentioned your siblings and also the age. the responsibility has to be taken by any one of the children by intimating with legal notice to other members of the family. moreover ask the mother to render all accounts in legal manner to save your propertyfrom serfasi act. sooner the better. certainly your mother should be served with legal notice and get her explanation.
