Father in law written the will to my husband second wife without my di

My husband is covicted in 498 and dowry prohibition act and got punishment for 3 years with my husband mother and his sister and father in law died before judgement.without taking divorce my husband married another woman and have child to whom my husband father written the will.How can it fight for this.
