Father gave property papers to uncle not he is not giving us back

Dear sir, I lost my father, 10years ago,my father has signed and given document s to my uncle in1972, my father got married in 1982,my uncle is not giving property back to us,and he sale d out some property of us,is I now I can get my property back,please help me sir,even my grandmother given some property to me,but my uncle not giving our property back please help me is there any way to take it back

If the property referred is ancestral property, you still have share in it. You are a coparcener in that property so even if it is sold out you are entitled either to get back rhe property or get the share in the receuts. Hope I ans ur question.

If you have inherited the property you will have to file a case before the civil court of competant jurisdiction for declaration and mandatory injunction seeking declaration of your tile to the property and injunction seeking directions to your uncle to deliver the documents pertaining to your property to you
