Father gave land to mother by Will can mother further give it to us

16-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
My father before death gave a major part of his land / house property to my mother and younger brother jointly by way of will. Other three successors agreed to this by giving consent in writing on stamp paper. Now this becomes ancestral property to my mother. Can she give her part of property as per her wish to the other remaining three successors b way of will? Can other three successors claim her part of property equally after her death or younger brother can also claim equal share? Religion - Hindu

When father before death breaquaith ancestrial property to your mother and your younger brother and other brother gives consent to said transaction then this is their self acquired property. And if your mother gives her part of property as per her wish to any legal heirs.

It will be proper if you take paid consultancy to compensate the lawyer's stock-in-trade required to advise you. The fact you had mentioned it is not practically possible to give legal solution to ur problem.
