05-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
My father is having site and it’s in litigation. This site is given to him by his father. Now my father is no more (10th june he passed away). He left with me, mom and married sister. 1. Now if I want to fight that case. Can I declare only my mom as legal heir? 2. Is it mandatory to declare me and my sister? 3. And also how much time court will give to declare legal heir.

Dear Sir/Madam, you should produce all the details to your lawyer alongwith your father's death certificate and you, your mother, your sisters birth certificate, and you have implead as legal heirs of your father on that suit, other wise you will loose the case, it will time only from the date of death within 30 (extended another 30 days) days you will implead as legal heirs of your father in that case.
