Father died interstate does sister have any right in the property

My father have one adopted son and his own daughter. Sister is elder. Myself and my sister has disputes. She is married. She stays separately. Dady sold his property to me. Now I want to know that after father's death is my sister has any rights in the property. If yes what type of rights. Please help me.

If the property is your father's self acquired then no problem. Assuming you to be the adopted so then your rights exists only when the adoption is legal. Daughter has equal rights as son has in the intestate property or ancestral property. Property once sold with required legal conditions then it is valid.

Is that property purchased by your father earlier or ancestral property? Whether the property has been transferred to you by way of saledeed or succession?? Your sister can claim her share of the property is self acquired and she can go to court of law and file partition suit.
