Father bought property but did not register it now dispute arising

Dear Sir, This is Rajesh from hyderabad, In 1991 my father bought site from subramanyam and made agreement for Rs.195000/- and he paid total amt within time of 3 months from the date of agreement and handover the property. After that due to some financial problems my father didnt make registration from the party and made construction of G+1 in 1993.From 1993 onwards we are paying House tax and Electricity Bill also till now. In 2007 we got notice that the property was made settlement deed in 2005 the in the name of his grand daughter.Then we file case in court and we got decree. In 2009 the another party file Appeal suit in another court. In the honble court we sent Agreement for Expert, the result of the expert also came that the agreement is valid and the thumb impressions of the party in agreement are also same. Now the case is in pending,can you help in this matter.
