Father bought a land in the name of elder brother when he was minor

My grandfather bought a land in the name of father when he was a minor(10 years). My grandfather is no more and didn't make any will. Now Elder brother is unwilling to give any land to the other brothers as the land is exclusively on his name. Is there a way to claim the share. If there, How much difficult and time consuming it will be? Please advice

As you informed, the property brought in the name of your father since your father is of age of 10 years. If so when father attain the age of mejor he become the absulute owner of the property.

Since you have writtn that the property is of father and some where you were written elder brother is not giving share.

Please narrate the question in detail and will answer you. Apart from that need to see the sale deed executed to father.
