Family property issues have arisen. Please suggest my legal options ?

27-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
My Grandmother Had Property in Her Name and She Has Three Sons and one Daughter. She had Not Written Any Will and she passed away in 2006.Her three sons decided to do the partition of their mother property but they are not ready to give any right to their sister since they are claiming that sister marriage and her children’s educational expenses are taken by her brothers. Is it possible for her to claim her mother’s property legally? We are a Hindu family.

Even if they have spent on their sister`s marriage and education of her children, legally they cannot deny her share in the property. It is better that this matter is settled amicably by they taking a larger share and sister taking lesser.
