Family property issue/ancestral property/grandchild share in property/

After the death of my grand father. My uncle had his all the pension bonus money and my father is asking for property then my grandmother says she will not distribute it right now. But we as a grandchild we have to study further and for other expense we need money which my father can't afford due to his health issue. So what can i do to take share in property as a girls?
on the above mentioned query please note down that after 2005, an amendment taken place in transfer of property act, that in urban property, daughters have equal share as sons. so you are the co-sharer in urban property.
if your grand father owned the movable or immovable property by his own income or his ancestral property, in which case, your share can not be denied by any one.
so you can file a partition suit in concerned civil court in that case.

Your father should file a partition suit to stake a claim in the properties left behind by your grandfather. It’s your father, who has a stake in these/this property and not you, I.e., the grandchildren. If your grandmother and your father siblings are not ready for partition and division of property; your father will have to approach court with a partition Suit
