family property issue : my younger uncle and pedamma took our property

my mother bought property with her job savings on my grandmothers name before her marriage. my grandmother was blackmailed by peddamma my mothers elder sister that she will go to court if she will not register property on my younger uncle name. my younger uncle did not take care of my grand parents they are not in talking terms if my grandmother andmother file court case to get back our prperty . can we get back our property my uncle took property in 2008 his son is engineer in australia
Mainly three things
1. If the property purchased in the name of your grandmother and it is registered or not it is her self acquired property. If the property came from sridhan than your grandmother has sole right in that property
2. If the property purchased through family funds then the property share will arise
3. If it registered below December 20th 2014 no body can claim any right in that property. But registration is compulsory
