Mere dada ji ki jameen par se ek kaccha road gaya hai jo ki saarvajanik nhi hai lekin usko dada ji ke bhai ab use karna chahte hai jinse dada ji ki ladai hoti rahti hai aur hamare dada ji nhi chahate toh us kaccha road ko hatane ke liye ya unko rokane ke liye kya legal action karein ???
adverse possesion if the person has been using beyond a certain time then you cannot evict him a suit for injunction will be filed if they are trying to remove the structure. aapke dada ji aur Bhai ko compromise karna chahiye
