Family property Dispute with my father and brother

i belongs from Hindu religion. My father divided the property 10 years ago in me and my 2 brothers and both my brothers got 102 yard area each and we 3 got one shop each on the roadside while i got 75 yard as mine one is on roadside with the promise that they will make it but they denied in the end and now when I have made a house on it on my own when my 2 brothers got houses made by my father now my father want this area back and said that he will make 3 piece in this area so the other 2 can live here too and gave a lot of false complaint to police to send us notice . I can't let anyone break my house that I have made on my own and how can I legally stop them from doing it and how long will this case take?..
