Family property dispute. Is this ancestral property or not?

My father and his sisters got property after passing away of my grandfather ( grandfather didn't make any will). My grandfather got it from his mother? Is this an ancestral property or not?

Hello there!

Yes it is an ancestral property which your father and aunt got from their father. It is not baught by your father by using his income and property has come from your grandfather after his death and your grandfather has not made any will too. It is absolutely an ancestral property.
