Family property dispute after the death of parents

30-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
My father in law wrote a will and divided the property in three shares(2 sons and 1 daughter) that was supposed to implement after the death of my mother in law. Now as my mother in law too passed away recently. We live in punjab and My brother in law and sister in law are not passing us any information about the sale of property. Original will and property papers are with my brother in law. We are totally in dark about the property as they don't talk nicely with us. Please suggest the legal act

Hello,

A suit for partition can be filed basis the Will. Even if you have the copy of the Will, it should be helpful.

Please feel free to call in case you need detailed advice.
