Family partition limitations and rights

Our anchestrol property was given as settlement by my father to our mother in 2003 . Now for further partitions between us brothers should it be only be our mother signing the document or should the brothers be the signing parties
As per your information provided herein above, it is observed that your mother is the present owner of the property as she had obtained a registered settlement deed in 2003; so, you could either get the property from your mother through either settlement deed / will deed as per her consent and wish.
