My father had made his will and he equally give all his assets to all his sons. But my mother provoked my younger brother and they both created a big scene in the house and break all furniture and threat our father and forcefully took my 2 property. That time they promised me that he will give one property of his in exchange but later he refused. We shifted to USA and now he is interfering in all my property matters and cheating on me. My mother is misusing my power of attorney and she cheating
