Family having nine member for selling ancestors house two members are

Hindu Family having 9 members for selling ancestors house 2 member not willing to sell, what we will do??
If you have ancestral property and some of the members are elected not to sell the property then in this case you can file the suit for partition meanwhile also take stay in the property so that during the pendency of the case nobody can sale the property or some third party third person third party interest is not created into it thank you

U can’t sell the property without them …u need to give them their share via family settlement deed or via suit for partition. Or just convince them to b ready for the same ….! This is the only option u guys have …
