Family Dispute for property and evacuate from house.

Hi I'm shruti, Hindu married woman, After my marriage my father in law wants to evacuate from their property as we are running business in their property so he is forcing us to evacuate from their property as it is the only source of our survival but during the time of our marriage they show their business as his son's occupation but now they are us even we are not staying with them . He already evacuate from their house and charged false allegation on us. Please provide legal advice as it is only source of our survival.

You need to contact local lawyer for this regard. contact the local lawyer with the documents whivh shows ownership of property, whether the property is self acquired for your inlaws, full details of circumstances in which you left house, also the papers which establishes that you have been running business in that premise from several years.
As you are running your business you may get injunction in your favour.
