Family common plotting land dispute

My father have Six brother,one brother son sold few places land to SC/ST on mutual agreement but everyone does not know that after few yrs or month this matters comes between all.
Few land came from his Cousins but elder brother wife at that time mentioned his childrens name or her relatives but not entered other 5 Brothers family name
Therefore I request you kindly suggest me legal information that what action can I take.....
your family heirs will come under the Hindu succession
act your cousins put the names of property but not of 5 brothers kindly see the Hindu succession act class 1 heir class 2 heirs and accordingly the property will devolve amongst the heirs
