I booked two property in outskirt of bangalore . This site is panchayat Khata. It is not fall under BBMP.
After booking , I gave property related documents to one of local lawyer he found that it is revenue site , No conversion , does not approved from BDA/BMRDA. When I show these document to these group they are not ready to give my booking money ,they said they will deduct 30% as it is personal cancellation. During booking it is not mentioned anything about this. please suggest on this ?
do you have the brochure or advertising pamphlet made by them? With whatever receipt that are given by them to you and the record of transferring the amount to them for booking to my WhatsApp number.
