Fake promises made on the behalf of marrige

I was in relationship from 1 year in mumbai .The guy made fake promises on the behalf of marrige. And now his parents fixed his marrige some where else.As I told him to marry me he run away by blocking Mr to his origin place. Is this possible that I can file a written complain by visiting his origin place Up?Will police be going to take action ?

Well, you have to lodge a Complaint where the Crime of Rape has been committed by him under the pretext of getting married with you! You can lodge a Zero FIR from wherever you are! On the basis of that FIR, Police will lodge Investigation and can grab him from his native!
