Hello I like to know what will be the lawyer fees for getting our ancestor land partition share which 1/4 and old mutation checked with an enquiry from Uttar Pradesh Revenue Board in two ghats in which we recently got to know that my father share in not 1/4. We want equal fair
Division in all ghats if it’s coming on road we should also get the front facing road face share. Father is 83+ and we want to utilise the power of Article 226 as SDM and DM is not cooperated the whole. Thanks kindly let
Standard charges of filing a partition suit is Rs. 10000;/- + Court Fees and other statutory fees.
Filing a writ petition under section 226 is a different matter all together, for giving you the exact amount I will be needing more info. based on factors like which high court you want to file it further what kind of draft you want etc.
