Execution of a property Will after death

14-Apr-2024 (In Property Law)
My grandmother (mother of 6 ie 3 sons, 3 daughters) gave flats to 5 through gift deed in 2012 and registered a will for her youngest missing son (left home at the age of 27 in 1995) stating that if he doesn't return within 3 years of her demise, his portion should go to the other 2 sons. 1 of these sons (my father who was eldest) expired & survived by wife & children. Grandmother expired in 2020. How to execute the will especially when we've lost the missing police complaint and newspaper ad.

Would advise you to seek a legal consultation from an Advocate for your complicated legal issue. Its quite technical so do seek a detailed advise. Get the documents and Will duly verified and legally perused to get an opinion on the same
