Eviction of my uncle from my grandmother’s house

Hello sir,
This is Riya I live in west delhi with my father, grandmother, two siblings and an uncle. One year ago my grandmother made my brother legally owner of the house in which live. Now my uncle is being very abusive lately so my grandmother wants to evict him from the house. Please suggest something she can do legally to do so?
In the present circumstances it is advisable to take criminal action against your uncle. Eviction shall take place as a consequence of the criminal proceedings which will be initiated against your uncle.
