L&L Agreement has this Misc clause : It is hereby agreed between the parties that this clause will supersede the cancellation clause mentioned above. Any party can revoke or cancel this Agreement without any particular reason, by giving written notice to the other party one calendar month.

If licensee doesn't vacate, then what is the best way to evict him?
If Licensee does not vacate, then the best way to vacate him is to file a case in the Small Causes Court, if you are living in a Metropolitan City, otherwise, file a case before the concerned City Civil Court of your State
