In Mumbai is a builder legally required to allot a parking slot if the carpet area of the flat is above 70 square meters. Even after the Supreme Court verdict builder is asking for cash payment for allotting parking. Will his letter be legally binding upon the society if the flat size is above 70 square meters.
You can prosecute him under the relevant provisions of IPC and file civil criminal cases against him before court of law.
