Enquiry regarding the steps in obtaining succession certificate

30-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandmother had gold of value around ₹30L in bank and has three heirs and the bank is asking for succession certificate. So what will be the total cost involved for filing, hearing, court fees and all other expenses, what can be the time taken for the same to obtain the certificate? Do I need to do that from city civil court or H. C? Does it apply for immovable property also?

In West Bengal Succession Certificate cannot involve any immovable property. To give opinion regarding Court where the case has to be filled, it is necessary to know the area where the deceased person last resided. To get my legal opinion professionally upon online payment, you can whatsapp.
