Elder son threatening and asking money and share in our property

Hello sir, My husband is no more and i want to build my house on our plot. The plot was at name of me and my husband both. I asked my friend lawyer and he said for permission purpose the half of plot will devide in between me and my four son. So the plot is now divided between all of us and have naamankan to my sons but my elder son is alcoholic now he daily coming drunk and abusing us saying he want money and his part from proprtey. I have took loan from bank for construction and me and my all four son have signed for loan. Because of his these kind of habbits my husband have given in written in newspaper that he(my elder son) will get nothing from his(my husband) property but my mistek i apllied namakan for all of us now i want to remove his name from namaankan. The registry of plot is on my and my huubby and i have thet newspaper Can i file case and have chances of wining? What if i close my loan and then apply for case and having chances of wining ?
