Elder brother took younger brother land what he can do now

My father was 6-8 year old when his father died and elder brother took the guardian But later he got all properties transfer on his name and my father is not getting his share of property Elder brother is expired and his son are not sign the transfer of ownership . What can i do now?
File a suit stating that property in issue is HUF property and your father's elder brother was only Karta of those property after death of their father. He had no right under law to transfer all the land under his name. Moreover , even if he had transferred the property under his name, neither he nor his heirs can claim absolute ownership over the property because for that they have to prove that property was self acquired by your father's elder brother.
