Elder brother not allowing to take share of my father's property

As Hindus, father property is for sons.but my elder brother is not allowing me to take share of my father property. Can I go to court to get stay? Its agricultural land.

Yes you can go to court and get stay from court and court will also direct your elder brother not to sell the property to any other person and you can file a case of specific performance and ask for equal share
