Elder brother fraudulently took the property what action can I take

Hi, I am from a hindu family. My elder brother has duped my father of his assests and by crook have taken a loan on our ancestral house. He is not paying back the money. I want to know my legal rights over, 1. My father's propoerty. 2. Money which my late mother left for me, which has been forcefully grabed by my elder brother. 3. legal actions I can now take.
