E.E Registered plot without consideration overriding the Housing Board

The Executive Engineer Registered plot to third-party without consideration and without possession, title over plot in favor of allottee under his power section 83 of Registration Act Sub Registrar has no powers to Registration in the year 2012. Further though there's Criminal Court case FIR LODGED after illegal Registration and third party immediately disposes plot and purchaser Built-in House with permission of H.B Home loan sanctioned IDBI third-party G.O issued overriding H.B Act.

hi first need to see the registration order passed by the sub registrar and the documents which are executed in violation of the act then the crimimal proceedings and bssed on that you could file petition in court seeking cancellation of sale deed
