Hi , My mothers brothers have done duplicate sign of my mother on parental property and converted the property on their name so what can we do now ...

I can help you private complaint directly to the Magistrate under section 420 and 468 of IPC. FIR will be registered and police will arrest him and later file a Chargesheet. meanwhile you can seek a declration that such a forged document is null and void.
