Doubts regarding Property from Devaswom needs clarification

I bought land from Devoswom 45 years ago and i have pattayam (k form)in my hand.I hear that devoswam properties are minor .
So is this pattayam valid or not?
devaswom properties are the properties of the diety, who is a minor. so the purchase or assignment over the same is not vaild.
