Doubt Regarding Dhana nischayam
18-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
My Grandma got her Property from her Father as Vilayadharam. Grandma has 3 children. 2sons & 1 daughter. My Grandma gave will pathram to one son for half property. Later she cancelled it and gave it to my mother as will pathram. Later my grandma (and my mother) gave dhana nischayam to me. We built a house and we pay taxes as well. My Question is will my grandma's two sons can file a case after her death for the dhana nischayam she gave me.
only after gone through the documents alone, a clear and precise decision with respect to the rights can be made. from the fats narrated, it is seen that the grandma had evolved right over the property by virtue of sale deed. so the grandma has got every right to alienate the property according to her will.
