Doing fraud registry and unauthorised transactions in land registry

I have purchased land in 2016 of two joint plot in one registry and I constructed single boundary for both plot. In 2024 another person have done registry of same gata no for one plot and I found for some source that no transation have done by cheque mention in registry. What we do and where we complain regarding not done transactions and doing fraud with me.

you have divided your plot into two divisions and constructed a single boundary another perso did registry of the same gate first go to the sdm then civil coury if they are doing fraud with you then file under ipc

To ascertain the appropriate legal course of action, it is imperative to determine whether the mutation procedures for the acquired plot were finalized in 2016. If these procedures were indeed completed, a fraud case may be initiated. Conversely, if the mutation procedures were not finalized, a suit for registry cancellation should be considered.
