Farm par temporary stay hai to farm mein crop cultivation bhi stay order ke tahat aata hai?
Dear sir,
If court granted a stay in agricultural land /farm . Then us party ke pass jis stay mila hai , aur jo possession me hai . usiko kheti karne ka pura right hai. In case of standing crop the court gives clarified order.
