Does sharing of flats Supplementary agreement required registration or not ? Between builder an land owner sharing the built up area through unregistered sharing supplementary agreement.

If any interest or right over immovable is transferred to other party such contract should be in writing and registered before the registrar where property is situated. In my opinion it is required for registration

yes it required to be registered. purchaser of the said flat wanted supplementary agreement must be registered to know which flat are went to builder share and owner share. So clarification of distribution of flat were mentioned in those supplementary agreement then it required to registered. Most of bank official may be required that supplementary agreement must be registered to give proper legal opinion for loan purpose.
