Yes , it is applicable to pending cases also supreme clearly stated with reference of new amendment is retrospective and not prospective. So it is applicable all pending suits.Consult more information and discuss and get relief.

Madum/sir, YES, the amended hindu succession act 2o15 is applicable in the pending cases. if the act has given retrospective effect of provision, then it is applicable. if i know your case then i can say, properly. sorry.

It is now well settled that the 2015 enactment (Repeals) has not made any change in Section 6 of HSA. Hence any partition cases whether pending or future will not be affected as well. All pending cases will go as hithertofore.
