Does grand daughter has any rights on her grandfather's properties

Dear sir, I would like to underlined following few points My self Lalita BM from Shimoga Karnataka district My grandfather has 7 properties including sites,houses and commercial buildings We are 5 grandsons (including me), 3 girls and 2 boys, all are married. Now my father and grandfather are no more, my father died around 30 years back and my mother is still alive. But unfortunately 3 days back means (14-09-2017) My brothers came to our house without intimation and took a signature of all 3 sisters on e- stamp paper for the settlement of 13.5 lakh , however I am not ready for the agreement , as that was done forcebly and emotionally , they given 5lakh as advance forcebly we didn't demand and not yet touched the money but I demanded for at least min to min 20 lakhs Rs for me as out of 7 properties which are near by 4 crores values . But we are not bother or don't worry about for other my sisters on how much they are agreeing and satisfy Now they are selling one properties to local

A lot many details are missing in your narrative for example the dates of the death of your father and grandfather. Because of this correct ad ice is not possible.
However, one thing is clear that subject to certain conditions, girls have same right as the boys.

Why did you sign when you have this much brain to raise all these questions. It is very difficult once you have signed on the stamp paper. But still contact advocate by telling that the compensation which was given to you was very less compare to the worth of property and it was taken through coercion and file a suit before the court. Contact advocate immediately because the documents of the property has to be perused properly to know your rights as you are telling your father died 30 years back.
