I want to purchase a resale flat but what agent is telling that so called owner didn't register the property yet. In this case, when I meet owner, what are the documents that I should ask for to ensure that he is the real owner & also I want to take legal advise on this whole transaction. So, what are documents that I should ask from this person before I provide token money
Documents to ask for:
Sanctioned plan
Possession letter
Agreement for sale
This are the Basic documents required for purchasing a re sale flat in case the flat is not registered in the owners name. And also whether the previous owner or the developer is presently alive or not is required to be known
