Documents required to buy 1RK house after 80% payment

Hi I am going to buy 1Rk room in central kolkata and already paid 80% of total amount and I just want to know that what mandatory documents are required for buying 1Rk room from promoter and can I do registration after 6month to 1year. Religion is hindu
Yes. You can buy after 6months to 1year. But you have to entered in an agreement for sale with the developers. Before entering the agreement you must be examined the documents ( mother deed, development agreement, power of attorney etc). For further details you may take advice from a civil lawyer.

Kindly get the original deeds pertaining to the property, including site plan and development agreement which ought to be registered and any other document like tax receipts and plot details from the promoter and also see if he is a licensed promoter. Registration can be done as oer the convenience of the parties
